Books of Tash

I cracked the reading books at work code with this one and got it on Audio Book as well as Kindle. I thought I was an absolute genius BUT this book tested the limits of my smut poker face. Its ridiculously hot and the voice actor for Denver has a voice made for sin!

This is the next book in the Beauford series and follows on from the Matchmaker (which is also a top read). Its SInclair and Denver’s turn Sinclair is a super model with an adorable dog Monty and a bedazzled Lambo (no that is not a euphemism for anything). She has been getting nasty messages, and her car keeps getting damaged. For her safety her father assigns Denver to be her bodyguard. The attacks ramp up and she needs to leave the city for a while. So, Denver takes her to his “cabin” and tells her he is going to train her to defend herself.

Denver is Sterling’s main bodyguard and has been quietly in love with Sinclair for years, He is always there in the background and has always looked out for her and not just because it’s his job. He calls Sinclair Princess and not in an ironic way in a way that will melt your heart. This brute of a man will go to the end of the earth for Sinclair and it’s so sweet! They start lessons for self-defence and my god I’m sure my kindle probably melted a little. These two are HOT!!

The smut in this book is definitely smutting! There is still the mystery as to what happened to Sinclair’s mum and brother and there are more questions raised in this book. I strongly suggest reading His Treasure (Novella) and the Matchmaker to get the best out of this book. The characters are all intertwined and it will make it much easier to understand how everyone fits.
