Jack has left the cabin to Tilda and sends letters to both her and Ethan sending them on a mission to Las Vegas to visit his lawyer. Jack has left Tilda a small windfall, but she has to get married or the money goes to her relatives, and they are all greedy horrible people. So, Tilda gets Ethan to help out, and they end up getting hitched. Of course, what starts off as fake to keep the family away soon turns real.
